Returns & refunds

1.1. Pursuant to art. 64 and following of the Legislative Decree n. 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to AEFFE Lab s.r.l. a VAT number reference), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty and without prejudice to what is indicated in point 1.3 below.

1.2. To exercise this right, you must:

  • - To make a return and request an exchange or a refund, click on this link. Enter your Order Number and your e-Mail and proceed by following the instructions.

  • - Alternatively, log in by clicking on the User Profile icon on the top right of the site, select the order you want to exchange or return, and proceed by following the instructions.

The returned goods must reach AEFFE Lab s.r.l. no later than 14 working days from delivery, and must be sent to:

1.3. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions

  • - the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
  • - the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, label, any disposable seal and any documentation); we ask you to affix the RMA number (return authorization code) issued by AEFFE Lab s.r.l.

  • - the shipping costs for returning the good are charged to the customer or to AEFFE Lab S.r.l. in case of a "Free Return" promotion;

  • - the shipment, until the certified receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer;

  • - in the event of damage to the good during transport, AEFFE Lab s.r.l. will notify the Customer of the incident (within 14 working days of receipt of the good in its warehouses), to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by them and obtain a refund of the value of the good (if insured); in this event, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

  • - AEFFE Lab s.r.l. is in no way responsible for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

1.4. AEFFE Lab s.r.l. will refund the customer as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, upon communication of withdrawal, through the procedure of reversing the amount charged to the Credit Card, Paypal account or via Bank Transfer.

  • - NB: In case of refund via bank transfer, the customer will be responsible for promptly providing the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN Code - Current Account - SWIFT and name of the account holder).
  • - The following will be refunded:

    - the cost of the products;

  • - The following will be deducted from the refund:

    - in case of return with our courier, the cost of return shipping of the package, at the standard shipping rate;

1.5. The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited, due to the lack of the essential condition of the integrity of the good (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where AEFFE Lab s.r.l. ascertains:

  • - damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;

  • - use or washing of the garments;

  • - a state of dirtiness of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.

  • - The costs and risks of transport for the return are entirely borne by the Customer. Only for those registered with “Spazio Effimero”, the first return for each order is free of charge. Any additional returns related to the same order are allowed, but will be at the customer's expense.

  • - Customers who wish to use our insured DHL pickup service with courier, may do so starting from a cost of €20 for shipments from Italy and €35 for shipments from abroad. The actual cost will be communicated at the time of the request, as it may vary based on the pickup area and the type of package used for the return. Alternatively, the customer can choose to use their own courier, at their own expense and under their own responsibility.

  • - The return of non-intact or deteriorated products will not be accepted by AEFFE Lab s.r.l. and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, AEFFE Lab s.r.l. will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the same the shipping costs.
