Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Send your request directly from your personal area. If you did not register when placing your order, please contact Customer Service. We will refund the items only after receiving and verifying your return, which must be made within 14 days.

The return policy limits each order to a single return. This rule applies both to "Spazio Effimero" customers and to all the customers purchasing through the website. Multiple returns for the same order will not be accepted.
