RETURNS & REFUNDS

1.1. Pursuant to art. 64 and following of the Legislative Decree n. 206/2005, if customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to Ferrante Brands srl a VAT number reference), has the right to withdraw from purchase contract for any reason, without penalty and without prejudice to what is indicated in point 1.3.

1.2. To exercise this right, you will have to:

• - Log in to your account and visit "Order history and detail" section: select product or products you wish to return.
• - Tell us reason for return and click on "send return request".
• - Once return request is authorized you will receive an email with RMA number to be placed on package.

Returned goods must reach to Ferrante Brands s.r.l. no later than 14 working days from delivery, and must be sent to:

1.3. Right of termination is subject to following mandatory conditions:

• - right applies to purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise termination only on part of purchased product;
• -Purchased good must be intact and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, label, any disposable seal and any documentation); we ask you to enter RMA number (return authorization code) issued by Ferrante Brands s.r.l
• - shipping costs for returning are charged to customer or to Ferrante Brands in case of a "Free Return" promotion;
• - shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under full responsibility of customer;
• - in the event of damage to goods during transport, Ferrante Brands s.r.l. will notify at Customer of the incident (within 14 working days of receipt of goods in its warehouses), to allow them to file a complaint against courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of goods (if insured); in this case, product will be made available to customer for its return, canceling request for termination;
• - Ferrante Brands s.r.l. doesn't respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

1.4. Ferrante Brands s.r.l. will refund in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods, upon notice of termination, by reversing the amount charged to Credit Card, Paypal account or by bank transfer. In this case, customer will promptly provide bank details on which to obtain the refund (Code ABI - CAB - Current Account-SWIFT of invoice holder).

What we’ll deduct from the refund:

- If you choose to ship back your package with our carrier, we’ll deduct from your refund the cost of the standard shipping;

1.5. Right of termination is lost for lack of the essential integrity of goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Ferrante Brands s.r.l. finds:

- damage to product for reasons other than its transport;

- use or washing of clothes;

- dirty product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.

Costs and risks of transport for return are fully borne by customer. Return of non-intact or deteriorated products will not be accepted by Ferrante Brands s.r.l. and will be returned to sender with an increase in transport costs. In case of forfeiture of the right of termination, Ferrante Brands s.r.l. will return purchased good to the sender, charging shipping costs to the same.
